problem uploading photos.
What resolution and file size are you all using to upload photos on the web. I ask because i have a few photos that when I uploaded them the outlines look really wonky (if that's a word). I put them in photoshop and change the resolution to 72 that puts them under 500 kb I think. Which correct me if I'm wrong, but to put them up on inked nation they need to be under 500kb. I think myspace supports a little more. So does anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem. thanks

A little trick, that I do, that makes them the correct size, without messing with it to much.. I havea photobucket account. I upload the images to photobucket, and then save them from their directly. They make them the perfect size for uploading to places, like myspace, inkednation...etc.

Re: problem uploading photos.
It's a head ache keeping track of what site supports what. myspace and flickr support larger sizes for sure. inkednation, for it's $5- a month bullsh!t, is a crock at 600kb max. I have a specific folder on my desktop (inkednation sux d!ck) for dumbing down my photos for inkednation. I know in some areas, people get a fair amount of business thru inkednation, but out here in
CO there doesn't seem to be that many folks on it.
Otherwise, I try to keep my photos @ a minimum of 300res and 4x6.

Re: problem uploading photos.
i do the same thing as rockstar but with myspace instead of photobucket... myspace automatically dumbs them down, right click, save as then upload em to almost anything they come out to about 500kb

Re: problem uploading photos.
or if you have photoshop use that to re-size them, but it can get confusing with aspect ratios, pixel preferences, etc.

Re: problem uploading photos.
