Exclamation machine frame

im wanting to learn more about making tattoo machine frames and becoming a machine builder. if anyone has any hints on how to make a cast or any websites or links they would like to share please let me know.

ive been wanting to do this for a while but havent really had an opening in my career to do it until now.

so if you do please let me know

start off with good geometry, if you're going the casting route you'll need a jig to mill it back down to spec

cnc is probably the easiest route, but you need to supply them with all the dimensions and geometry.

get the goemetry wrong the machine runs like s&!t, trial and error is the way to go, start off with pieced together machines, ie. bolt ups or pinned and brazed
