Deulling banjos and wordup movies

I would seriously like to know where in the HELL the producers of Deliverance, one of the BEST MOVIES EVER, found their cast(no I don't mean Redford or any of the other stars)and if they have been in anything else since?!! Brilliant, really. I rest disturbed. And if anyone knows of some other movies that can rival that one, feel free to list some!

deliverance is Dooooooooope with a capital D. you're talking about they local yokels right? im pretty sure they found thier cast in the mountains of WV. and i dont think those boys are the hollywood type. im sure they made little to no money during the filming and probably spent it upgrading thier stills.

Ah said SQUEAL! EEEEEEEEEEeeee!! HAHAHAH!! Oh my, okay, no more back to back Deliverance movie nights for awhile! I heard it was filmed here in GA, just supposed to take place in WV, but that banjo player was siiiiick!! But Redford, was that wetsuit really neccessary? I guess he made up for it by being the most sinister of the four, or maybe he was just more of a realist. Have you seen Naked Blood? IF not I would recommend it(not that you guys have any time for that, but maybe one day), great Japanese gore, something to bake a batch of cupcakes to!

That was a kick ass movie, I thought Burt Reynolds wore the wetsuit though, or is there a new version out?
