Lightbulb i need help on creating my tattoo

I have a general idea of how I want my tattoo to look. I want it to start on my front left hip and come around the back. this is my idea and anyone that wants to get your creative juices flowing, let me know how you think it should turn out.
A fairy. Her clothes may be sheer, but classy.. maybe a blue ish color? she's sitting and you see her side, one leg bent, one straight out. she blowing butterflies out of her hand and you see them going around to my back, getting closer. i really want the emphasis on her hair because that's what i do. probably like a golden brown color, but long and beautiful, maybe blowing in the wind or something.
alright, there it is. I hope i'll spark up an interest to an artist to create this for me. thanks, Jillian

Usually what I recommend to people, is to get images and references of things that they like. One of the biggest mistakes a lot of people make, is that they try to design their own tattoos (whether its on paper or in their head). The actual subject matter should always come from the client, but in the end you need to put trust in your artist since it is his/her job to come up with the designs. Remember, a good artist will exceed your expectations everytime!!!!

I only feel comfortable giving the artist the subject matter. I'm paying him/her to design and execute the tattoo. My opinion is that you will get the highest quality art if it comes directly from you're artist's mind, the idea being he/she can execute his/her own designs better than someone else's. Just my opinion.
