Re: need prayers for my cousin
That's awesome to hear Jay! Watch if he doesn't surpass the doctors expectations. Sounds like he's almost there, that's half the battle to have his old self shining thru.

Re: need prayers for my cousin
Jay,
I am really glad to hear that he is making progress.
Thank you for keeping us up to date with how your cousin is doing.
He is in our prayers still.

Re: need prayers for my cousin
he gave shannon the finger yesterday. hahaha. diane his wife almost cried because that was as close to him saying "i'm not gone" as anything we could have hoped for. as soon as the tracia came out, we could see he wanted to talk. mostly it's still low wispers and mumbles but it's something.
to all familia, thanks and love you guys

Re: need prayers for my cousin
i got to see john for a lil bit tonight, he's speaking in whispers, but he's speaking, he told me to help him break out of the hospital, if not, he'd break my legs, hahaha. on the serious note, he may be in there for 6 months to a year. it could be less, that's really up to him now. he is regaining some mobility in his right arm which is promissing that the brain is healing and he wont be permently parilized on the right side. he shook my hand and gave it a pretty good squeeze then leaned up to hug me. man i wish i could fast forward to him being at home.

Re: need prayers for my cousin
Sounds like slow and steady progress. I'm gonna stick by my guns on, he wants out, he'll surpass the docs estimates on time. Still aiming all the positive energy I can at ya's. Keep the updates coming!
