What you guys do is awesome!
and i tell anyone that will listen
as well, as wear my pit bull gear (sweaters, tees as well as my car magnets)
people tend to look at me funny when i walk up to my sons elementary school with my pretty n pit sweater and then my 3 year old looks up as she hears them mumbling about pit bulls and goes "my precious is a pit bull" it was great.
keep up the good work all or nothing family!

Re: What you guys are doing is awesome
Thanks for the kind words. You are correct that to live in fear is not living. I have been talking to my wife (also known as the powers that be. lol) about fostering and have even looked into it. We currently live in Iowa though and from what ive seen there doesnt appear to be any Pits in need in this state. I might have to research a little more on this though and possibly look into the surrounding states.
I would also be happy to help spread the word or help out in any way i can. Feel free to contact me by email or in this thread.
Again keep up the awesome work.

Re: What you guys are doing is awesome
Hey,
There are dogs in every state that are in need of a good home, or foster. If I can help you, I definitely will. Feel free to shoot me over an email, and I will talk with our community and family all over the US and can probably find yall a foster. When you are ready of course!!

Thank you!

Re: What you guys are doing is awesome
You're all dead on about rescuing. I have two rescued dogs and one rescued cat (and hopefully another kitty on Monday!), and sometimes when I look at them and think about where they came from and how their lives could've ended, had we all not been in the right place at the right time, I get a little queasy. It drives me to continue working for the ones that aren't so lucky yet.
I bought my first APBT when I was 20 to show, but within a year of falling so madly in love with him I couldn't see any other option but rescue. There are dogs JUST LIKE HIM without homes. I'm not ok with that. My beloved boy will be 10 on Wednesday, and it's been a roller coaster of a decade; he's changed my world for the better.
Much love to All!

Re: What you guys are doing is awesome
Yup. Just saw it and cant wait to see the whole thing. Amazing how you can see the difference in Makaveli (spelling?) from the first news video when you got him. And Seven, all i can say is WOW talk about a dog filled with love in her heart. You Definitely captured her loving spirit in that preview. I have no doubt she has a special spot in heaven.
On a lighter note, where any treadmills confiscated from Michael Vicks home? and if so can they be given to Danny Trejos dog. Just kidding, she looks like a sweatheart as well.
One problem i did have with the preview though is i kept getting stuck at the
2:25 clip. Just kidding again, Well.... err not really, but anyway keep doing what you guys do and God bless
