Default pulse solution and 15 mag

i have recently been using a 15 mag for my realism tattoos, but have broken three back springs on my pulse solution when using these. am i doing something wrong? is there something different that i should be doing? or is there a machine that would better suit my needs?

any help would be appreciated.

two were the springs that came on the machines, and one was a replacement from pulse

WOW! Seriously? I've been using 13mags in a Pulse Corsair with no trouble, I guess I've been pushing the limits!!

Are you pushing the voltage up significantly to compensate for the larger needle set? When you replace the back spring make double sure the coin or metal piece that is holding the back spring down is not coming up to the line that the back frame makes. I always keep it a hair back. and are you creasing the springs when you make new ones? If you are punching your own holes are they clean?

Seems strange its snapping springs so often. What gauge are you using? Or have you since remedied the problem?
