It's now illegal to smoke in public places in part, bars/restaurants, workplaces etc in the UK however due to a archaic law politicians are allowed to smoke cigars (only cigars) after a meeting in the house of commons.

tell you what though i'm bloody happy we've got the first winter over with with the smoking laws in place...

here's some funny ones...
