Default NEW MEXCIO LAW

ok, just recently taken off the books!

it is LEGAL to shoot an indian (native american) but only if you are traveling westward and in a covered wagon!

the fine for spitting on the sidewalk is $150.00 and or 90 days in jail
(still on the books)

it is illegal to serve patrons of a stip club if one is topless...????
(this one still on the books)

Metal lunch pails are only to be taken to work on tuesdays and thursdays...or its a $200 dollar fine if caught.

WOW!!! I actually made a similar comment about the Florida laws that are still in effect. It just goes to show how much these government officials pay attention to their local legislatures. There definately needs to be more Law reform for a lot of states because we still have Laws that seem to only apply in the times of the Wild West. "shooting someone if you are in a covered wagon!" C'mon, its so rediculous that its funny. However as funny as it may be we still have old archaic laws in every state that don't apply to modern times. I say "Reform those Laws!!!"

Yo, there were NO regulations for tattoo shops or artist in New Mexico until march of 2008! And now they are just a taxable license for the state. They don't give two cents about how tattoo's are done here they just wanted in our wallets!
