FOUND - Starved Pit Bull - Please Help me find her a good home!

UPDATE on Sheba -

Well, we were finally able save up some money to take her to the vet on Friday and were able to find out some things:
Sheba has heartworms and needs HeartShield ASAP,
Sheba is about 4 years old and had already been spayed because she's been bred as much as possible until she couldn't be bred any more,
Sheba has been in a countless number of fights,
the reason her tongue is barely hanging on is because she bit it either in a fight or from being powerfully struck to her head.

Our little Sheba is a SURVIVOR!!! She was fought, bred, and thrown out on the street and left to die. If only she could talk to us and tell us who did these horrible things to her.

Don't worry I'm not witing this to ask for help. It's OBVIOUS that no-one on this site can help. I just wanted to update those that were actually sincerely concerned about her when I DID ask for help.
