Default Lip Tattoo

I am curious about the healing process for a tattoo on the inside of your lip. If anyone has a lip tattoo could you post pics and what you did to take care of it?

i wouldn't think you would need to do much of anything. i think it would be funny if they wrapped the inside of your mouth with seran wrap like they do a real tattoo though.

My Hubby had his lip done and didn't really do anything to it. He said it felt like more of a tearing feeling. Or maybe more like he had bit the inside of his mouth. We had about a thirty minute drive home and he ate some pizza and had a soda. I agree with Brandon though I would brush maybe a little more to keep your mouth extra clean for a few days. that's what the Hubby did. It healed very fast and I guess he has had it now for over 4 years. I have seen some that look like the teeth have rubbed on them and have faded or maybe were actually scraped off but my Hubby's is still there!

I have also seen diferent techniques for stretching the lips out too so that the letters will be as straight as possible.

Hope this helps some!

I've heard the best way to take care of them is a mouth wash, your mouth and nether regions will heal alot faster than the rest of your body for sure, keep it clean don't do any oral for a while cause you'll swell up and your lip will turn black and fall off hahaha. watch the acidic foods, and the salty ones too.
