Re: Pulse tattoo gear.
A lot of people on here use them(myself incl). They are great machines. I am going to catch flack for this but many machines are made from the same materials, and same internals. Things like capacitors and wire gauges vary, screw threads and material vary. It comes down to how you tattoo, and what you like as far as ergonomics, weight etc. I got real hung up on machines and have an engineering background, so I tried figuring out "the best" and honestly most these Pulse type companies make a fine tattoo machine. A little adjusting for personal preference and results and your set. I recently purchased more Paco Rollins machines...I had 2 shaders from the early 00's but like I said got caught up bought this that and the other thing...essentially with smaller guys you end up buying a name. So, nab a pulse you think you might like and I bet you aren't disappointed. Also: chuck types effect people's "likes"
