Yup, by default I have every thread as a subscription. You can change that in your control panel. I have been running a dozen or so message boards for years and years and I've found that the best way to keep traffic flowing on the board is to set subscriptions by default, so when you respond to a thread or make one and someone responds to it, it sends you a message and you are more inclined to go look at it and respond to it yourself (ala - keeps the flow).

I overlooked that none were being sent to anybody but me, so now that it is turned on you will get spammed from the board every time someone responds to a message and you go look at it (it will only send you one message I think if you haven't visited the board and seen new posts).
