see, in backwards ass south carolina, every time an officer is called to a "disturbance" or an "argument" they treat it as a criminal domestic violence charge and 9 times out of ten they arrest the male even if there is no evidence of anything. then the male goes to jail and catches the charge no matter what the woman says "it was just an argument" . then the dirty state of sc "picks up the case". which basically means they have a dream team of attorneys to threaten and scare you into taking a plea of pre-trial intervention so they can win the case. it wont matter what you say or do, if you hire an attorney he is best friends with the states prosecution, so he will conspire with the state to get you to cave in. at this point they dont care what the female says at all. example, " it was an argument" "he never touched me". so the state will threaten her too, and say that they will charge her as well. its probably the most heinous act of fake justice ive ever seen, feeding a corrupt system of attorneys and state employees...i never caved, i represented myself as my own attorney, I WON. i was told in the beginning that if i didnt take the "PTI", and i was seen around my wife or child before the court date, "6 months away" that i would be re-arrested. i was threatened. my wife was threatened. we never caved. i never commited a crime. neither did half of those poor suckers in the courtroom that day that were scared into taking an addmitance to guilt. better not fuss wit your ol lady in sc brahs.
