Default Watercolor from tattoo ink ?

Anyone know how to make watercolor from tattoo ink?
I have a set of Alla Prima that I hate,..(but the white is good),..and I would like to turn it into some watercolors.
Just dont know if there is a water to Ink ratio that I should follow.
Thanks !!
P.S. I also have a few bottles of expired Eternal that I would like to do the same with.

i would imagine just cutting it with water, or a sumii style of painting would work just as well. i have a bunch of old inks i use in conjunction with acrylics and it works out just fine

I use a white mixture for skintone and cut it half with water. Basically I use half water as a starting point and add more or less water depending on how strong I want the color to turn out. Interested in what everyone else does!

why do you not like you Alla Primas?

in my opinion i find that they are good for those more realistic, and subtle kind of color tattoos but as far as full bright saturation goes they dont do so well.
