Ok! It's sounds like that your Rca on your green machine in not connect right, it's sounds like when the power from your supply unit is heating up the coils and it is heating up the frame. Check your connections on your Rca and coils.

eikon coils on the monster? my sharpz used to always heat up. but it was bad coils. most machines get warm after a good bit of use, but HOT is no good. check the connection for breaks inthe wires and make sure they are insulated where they need to be, then the coils and capacitor. i notced my machines with smaller than 47uf capacitor heat up more. maybe how i tattoo? i dunno.

the problem is most likely the internal wiring in the power supply. I had the same problem and needed a lower resistor in the main power unit.
