its a machine any half a fag tattooer knows that. a gun is in no way similar, I use both items in question and have never mistaken one for the other, thank god. I would hate for someone to break in my house and as I reach to protect my family pull a tattoo machine, thats like a wierd sci fi concept or something, and Im sure my clients would be pissed if I were to shoot them in the arm accidentally with a .45 acp instead of tatzappin em.

I dunno, hun, seems like a good scene out of a horror flick to me, right there. You know, ala Single White Female, with the stiletto to the eye..only, BAM! Here's a septa loaded with a mag to the eye! Ow!

Come to think of it, the implications of jamming a neuma in someone's eye and cranking that s&!t up have me imagining explodey eyeballs. I should sleep now or something.

I do the same thing, I usually stencil a main image, and sharpie in background patterns or smaller areas with less detail. Its beneficial to do both, but not using a stencil is pretty tough, considing when stretching the skin, markers tend to rub, and you have a lot of guess work on where exactly that line is going.

Cool Re: Lots of Questions lol

Last shop I worked at they didn't have a thermo. I even offered to bring my own into the shop... no go.

They still made stencils tho. just by hand. Didn’t see the logic in that at all.
Talk about wasting time, ( my opinion).

I was told “I consider it cheating" by a fellow artist.
