skin candy and intenze are some of the best. I personally use skin candy, the colors are brighter than i've ever used before but they blend amazingly when used properly. The only color i don't like is their yellow, its too thin for my liking and causes the dreaded blood effect. which makes it difficult to lay down in larger areas.

A huge benefit of Intenze (and possibly others not sure though) is that they are now coming sterilized from the factory.

hey brian, ask steve how tony the pirate mixed his pigments, i still have some of the true green powder tony made and that s&!t will never fade, sometimes old school is the way to go. i tried skin candy's flourescent pink a few months ago on a client and it didn't hold well, but their darker colors were ok. i pretty much use millenium or intense, can't go wrong with those two. just a thought. tell steve i said hello.
