If you are wanting to place an image in a post like this:

Also you can also do it in your profile the same way..

First you need to have the image hosted somewhere. You can use a web server if you have one (geocities works) or sign up for a place like Photobucket.com. It would be prefered to use Photobucket since they can provide you with the actual BBCode to place in your post/profile.

To do it with Geocities, you just click the BBCode button: Img (shown above) and then the exact link to the image and close the BBCode tag. It will look something like this:
