Class clown, Bayley, chose to pose for his all-important Pet-finder portrait with a rawhide cigar in his mouth! Perhaps he hopes that it will make him look older and more mature. The fact is, he has spent far too much of his short life just waiting. . .hoping his forever family will discover him in the shelter. Handsome, 18 month old, American pit bull terrier mix has a heart of gold, and a generous personality. He repeatedly gave up his prized rawhide bone when I asked for it, but looked so sad in the photographs, that I relented and let him use his prop!! Check out that look of pure satisfaction on his face!! Although this adolescent lacks basic obedience training, he will sit on command to accept a tasty treat with a tender touch. He reveals excellent manners at the dinner bowl, too, and is searching for the special family who will complement his unique sense of humor.
