The sharpie did amaze me. Then my wife looked at me and asked if I wanted the spider to be eating a bird. I hadn't asked for it, and asked him if he was drawing a bird. He said yes, told me he'd take it off if I didn't want it, but he thought it would be pretty badass. Then I remembered who I was talking to and let him do his thing. I will not be making a mistake like that again.

I just have to throw in my 2 cents. I am in the process of getting a full japanese body suit from Dave (probably over 100 hours in). It is my first tattoo and now covers my back from neck to knees and front panels are ready for color (about 20 sessions in so far). I look forward to EVERY appointment. AoN is such a great environment from the other artists to the apprentices. Everyone is great. Dave is not only a GREAT artist, he is a great guy. Every session has been a blast and I can't wait for the next one.

This is my main reason for loving the shop. Sure, they're some of the best artists in the country, but the fact that they are humble, professional, and just all around awesome guys is why they're the best. They're confident without being cocky, and they're real.
