Default Working with extreme loose skin

I've got a client who is up for some cool black 'n gray work on his upper arm ... the thing is he's just finished an intense weight loss programme .... and lost 160 lbs in 9 months ! his upper arm skin is now very loose and saggy, haven't seen anything like it.

I'd be interested to hear any suggestions anyone may have on dealing with skin like this .... also if anyone needs any diet tips i'll put you in touch

Cheers

I had a guy come in to the shop about a year ago, and he had lost over 300lbs.
Outer part of his arms looked fine,..but the inner part of his arms were wrinkled up real bad.
Man,.. the only advice I can give is stretch the living hell out of the skin. Trust me,.. it will stretch for a mile.
Just take your time,..cause that s&!t is harder than working on the ribs.

try a really small 3 pt stretch over an armrest or lay him down on a bed with his arm hanging off over a barstool or armrest let gravity help you. just stretch really small areas at a time. that or.... ducttape
