i found that the best way to do it is to have it printed on the back of your business card.

We hand a aftercare card to customer with the aftercare and explain to them the importance of following the aftercare instructions.

i can fit my care instructions along with appointment info on the back of my card. but then again my care instructions are a lot more simple than conors.

The card idea sounds great. I used to get these huge pieces of paper handed to me, and I'd lose them before I got home. I always read them, but I'd somehow lose them. Now I pretty much have my method down, and I verify it with my artist before leaving.

Maybe you could have a revised method on the back of a business card and a reference to an aftercare page on a website to expand on the topic.
