Found Very Sweet Male Pit!

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what to do. I came home today and found a very sweet loving male pit hanging around my front door, He looks a lil underweight but I did not notice any scaring and he shows no signs of aggression towards me or my dog's so I don't think he's a fighting dog.

My problem is that I don't want to call the pound on him, but I cannot let him stay here cause my dog's we're not very accepting of him and my parents will not let him stay in the house.

So as of now he is just sitting on my front porch and it breaks my heart! He has no tags so I have no way of finding his owner...plus I'm scared to go door to door with him because you never know who will lie and say that's my dog and do god knows what with him.

I've checked out a couple of rescue centers but most are full or do not accept pit's, I'm lost on what to do and def need some advice!

fliers might work but they will have to know the dogs name, and secret things about him or something to prevent loosers from saying its theirs.

nicole@allornothingtattoo.com might be able to help? - or adopt him out yourself to one of your close friends

I would flier - and then make them answer questions if someone calls.

I had a few errands to run and when I came back he was gone, drove around the neighborhood and didn't see him, Hopefully he went home but that's prolly just wishful thinking, If he comes back i'm just going to take him in despite my parents wishes and makes some flier's like you said. He was such a sweet dog I'd hate to see anything happen to him!
