This isn't the best tattoo I've ever seen, but it really isn't that bad compared to the rest of this thread.

The ART sucks, but the color is solid, and lines are decent, Looks like a Apprentice did it, this is not scratcher work I Don't Think or Know, but It's OK as buffer said compaired to all the other stuff we see on here
