Shop schedules?

I'm looking for some sort of online calendar with multiple columns per day for each of the guys in the shop, something I can view at the shop as well as online with my phone. Any ideas??

i used to just make em with a spreadsheet in word. thats the best i can do. ;/

If you have a lot of artists to look after then maybe you should look into some of he software that is marketed to Hair Salons. I am sure there is one out there that can sync with a smartphone.

At Golden Spiral Studio, we just picked 2 days off each (not including weekends) and we each just remember our own days. We checked to make sure that there was someone always there each day. If something comes up its not a probloem for the boss - and he actually doesnt like to call himself the boss. We have the option of coming in on our days off, leaving early if its slow, leaving to grab something to eat without a time limit etc.

Hes not on this forum, so Im not kissing butt, but Sean Carey is a dope 'boss'.

we just use Ical , it came with our mac. pretty easy to use. Dont know what there is for windows tho, gotta be something easy to find.
