Default Flying Overseas with Tattoo Supplies

I was wondering what the best procedure is for getting equipment and inks overseas. My fiance' is heading to Ireland to do a guest spot soon, and we were wondering what the best option was. He is worried about the inks exploding either in luggage, or if freezing or exploding in shipping was a possability as well. He had read about using single use inks for travelling, but than the question is what single use inks would be the most relaible quality? Any help would be fantastic! Thanks!
