Hey, just wondering what the hell is actually involved in an exam for a Tattooer Licence? I'm from Australia and the whole concept of having a 'licence' to tattoo seems quite strange. What organisation handles the granting of licences- is it some sub-division of the governmental health department?
Is there a practical component to the test? Or all written? And in that case, would it be mostly cross-contamination and sterilisation s&!t?
Is this something that's common in American states, or just Oregon?
