Any licensed Pit Bull type dog that resides in the City of Toledo qualifies to be spayed or neutered and get a registered microchip for $5.00!!! Proof of license and residence are required. Appointments and surgeries are done through Humane Ohio. And since the license deadline has been extended to 2/29/12, there is no excuse.
