I've been giving the rights to open a tattoo studio in the best possible location in the southeast. it's been restricted forever and i've obtained the first ok to go in and open. Now all i need is new artists to come in and take advantage of this oppurtunity.
No rock stars, junkies, kitchen magicians and all that. I'm looking for exceptional artists..meaning talented, and with good heads on there shoulders.
