If you want to be anonymous, use proxify.com to access the web. It's a pretty quick proxy. That means it filters your IP address through itself so people can't trace you, back to YOU.
That aside, to make a really cool moving av, get an animated gif program and use SUPER media converter (that is a free program) to convert any video you have to .gif format. Now you can open it in the gif program and cut out the chunk you like, and as long as you save it the right size for the forum you can ahave a movie clip as your av instead of just a picture.

Easy gif animator is a free and open source program that doesn't have any adware in it, just google both those programs and you can get them and use them.
