Thats such bulls&!t.. ANY dog can attack despite its breed.. To create a scapegoat out of one breed creates complacency with other breeds and does nothing to stop the problem of aggressive dogs..
I hate BSL. Everytime I hear of it passing I just want to throw up. How can anyone be so STUPID as to think it possibly works?!
