Sounds like it is still in the shiny healing stage. The new skin will sometimes be shiny and reflective on newly healed and peeled tattoos, especially black or dark colors. Let it heal and settle...

If you have a light handed style and you do not over work the skin, a tattoo done with a coil machine should peel in 2-3 days also. Almost every customer I talk to says their tattoo peeled in 2 days....
