Pulse Solution Front Spring
I am running a Pulse Solution. I love the way it puts color in and shades...You can barely hear it running. I run it as it came which is about 1/8" air gap or stroke length, 45% duty cycle, and around 8.5 to 9 volts....My thing is, is that sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes the contact screw wants to stick to the front spring causing it to pit and build up. I have to file it back down smooth....I guess my question would be, Is the voltage causing this by being too low or high? Any comments on this will be appreciated...

I run my 12 wrap solution at about 13 volts and have no problems at all.

Thanks bro...That was the problem with mine. I was running the voltage too low. Had a little input on it earlier. When I was working at a lower voltage, I didin't notice that my contact screw was sparking causing it to pit or burn.....Problem solved....

that makes sense.
