You have to upload it to a site to link it here. If you link it directly from your gmail account, only you will be able to see it.

a common concept executed poorly. buying a design for a tattoo is a waste of money, as any respectable artist will draw, and ten times better, the concept you have in mind.

It isn't bad to have it as a reference if it is close to what you want, though. Just let the artist know you want them to make it their own.
